The review of your existing employment contract consists of a cursory review of the legal and commercial strength of the contract and our suggestions on how to mitigate any risks identified.
The provision of the template employment contract will contain the basic legal provisions an employer is required to include in an employment contract and will also include commercial provisions protecting your business’s intellectual property, confidential information, personal and client data and basic post-termination restrictions.
Provision of the template offer letter, employment contract and staff handbook will be for a first draft only. Additional amendments will be on a time spent basis at the relevant fee earners hourly rate or agreed fixed fee.
Right to work checks will be conducted for the first 5 employees added to payroll only.

The review of your existing employment contract consists of a cursory review of the terms, followed by our statement as to whether the contract is compliant with the law or not. If it does not meet the legal requirements, we shall set out where it fails.
The provision of the template employment contract will contain the basic required provisions that an employer is required to include in an employment contract only and does not contain additional commercial protection for the business. You can read more on what the draft contract will contain here.
Provision of the template offer letter and employment contract will be for a first draft only. Additional amendments will be on a time spent basis at the relevant fee earners hourly rate or agreed fixed fee.
Right to work checks will be conducted for the first 3 employees added to payroll only.

Premium HR Monthly Retainer
Preparing and sending employment offer letters.
Preparing and sending employment contracts.
Carrying out right to work checks for all new employees and follow-up checks on employees who have time limited leave to enter or remain.
Up to 4 hours of phone calls per month with our employment specialists for employment and immigration queries (“the Advice Helpline”).

*£6,000 per annum (equivalent to £500 plus VAT per month if you sign up and pay for the full 12-months in advance) otherwise the cost is £700 plus VAT per month on a monthly rolling basis.
Basic monthly retainer is only available to business with up to 20 employees.
Offer letters and employment contracts will be sent via DocuSign for signature.
